Mrs Mervyn receives two letters from the Inland Revenue this morning.I lightheartedly say to her 'Caught up with you at last'.Not a chance,one letter says she has paid to much tax and has a refund coming.The other letter has a cheque for her.I don't know how she does it.She gets more State Pension than I do,despite her spending half her life working abroad.I think she won the Premium Bonds three times this month alone.:Arghh:
I recently won 4 tickets to Ascot...not really my thing....sold them on Viagogo...a nice £615 I wasn't expecting....now off to the @Conquest Carbon site to see what toys my PP needs?
Mrs Mervyns mother is just the same.She is a lovely old lady,saying she would spend all her money on a cure for my health problems,if one existed. Apart from having a few motorbikes I do not spend much money.However I at least can pay someone to do the jobs that I am no longer capable of doing.Or the jobs that Mrs Mervyn would prefer I didn't waste my limited resources on.she is very protective. ,.
