Last week, whilst charging my SENA SRL Mesh, I managed to snap the USB C in 2, leaving the broken part in the SRL Mesh charging port. Yes, the SRL Mesh is rogered and 2 months out of warranty My supplier spoke to the UK SENA rep today, in the hopes of a goodwill repair/ replacement but since SENA have discontinued the model, there are currently no units or spare parts in the UK warehouse. I’m sure SENA (the parent company) will honour warranty replacement/repair but I guess, not for much longer. If you see new SRL Mesh units still for sale, buyer beware. Andy
