it's the glesga way, small potatoes compared to London inner city. hear there's a question. how many kids got shot last year down your way.
Ersatz gangsters who'd be more at home in Trenchtown most of them and in places I never go ... but I do go to cinemas.
mostly stab each other down here.. seen 2 kids stab another 9 times opposite the pub bout 3 years back .. 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Obviously we didnt know he was being stabbed (although i doubt i would have stepped in anyway). But in a twist of fate when we did run over to intervene it turns out this kid (about 20yr old) and 2 of his mates where in a bus stop about 2 weeks earlier and stood there laughing with phones out when an elderly chap missed his footing stepping up the curb and smashed his head open. They attacked my mate (but bit off more than they could chew) when he took em to task and tried to help the old timer.. Aint saying he necessarily deserved to get stabbed up but there is a certain amount of karma here..
Greenford? Hardly inner city! What went wrong? Sure you weren't in Soweto?!?! I stepped in when a young girl was getting slapped around by her bloke in the street once and got told to f**k off and mind my own business. But when I did the same on the tube because an elderly black woman was being racially abused by a gang of white chavs, she was very grateful. You never can tell, as the song goes.
I led a chase and caught a group of Romanians that had stole a lil old black ladies phone at a pub in Balham even the doorman got involved and joined the posse we split in 2 groups and met in the middle where we cornered the fucks and... anyhu upon gettin back to the pub i got a standing ovation and many pints (one of my finest moments) but the old bird didnt even say thanks when i handed her phone back...
