Anyone have experience fitting the touratech radiator guard part no: 97380351A I've bought one used and it seems to fit differently than the evotech part which I've read instructions for. The touratech one seems to just hook over the radiator, and have nothing to secure it. Am I missing something? I may look to make up a bracket to secure it like the evotech one does. (See instructions kindly posted in one of the stickies )
When I removed mine, I just snipped the cable ties. The official Ducati (Touratech) one fits by sliding the cable ties through the slots in the guard and through the radiator fins top and bottom.
Yeah, just make sure you slide them through the radiator frame if that makes sense and not a couple of fins up or down.
