I used to ride off road and I had some Hebo boots, they were the dogs. When they eventually wore out, Hebo had stopped making that style of boot so I bought their newest style, big mistake. They were uncomfortable and the shin armour was to big and bulky. After a couple of months use, the top layer of the leather started to peel off, leaving a thin suede like finish that offered no protection and was not waterproof. Hebo denied any problems and refused a refund. It took me a while, but eventually they sent me some replacement boots, they went straight on ebay. I replaced them with some boots made by Forma, they were just as tough and comfortable as the old style Hebo`s. I still have them in my garage, awaiting my big come back. One day, maybe.
