1199s to V4 on the road, what will I notice? The S will always be here, had all the multis is it special.?
When do I get too old for this..? The 1199 is a fantastic road bike, the V4 is so tempting but maybe too, beyond my senses.. don’t mention the all road thing.
Get what you like mate The very limited road riding I did with the V4 I noticed it was very nimble and flicky.
I’ll be 67 in 2 months time and I’ll be riding my V4 as long as I can swing my leg over the saddle. Andy
What will you notice? Much easier to ride at slow speed, e.g. in built up areas. 20mph in 3rd gear is possible. Less torque for lazy overtakes. Shite mirrors. Its VERY fast!
Get what you want, we only come this way but once! You dont have to ride like an idiot, youre always in control (I hope)
That is going to hurt. I have never looked in to pcp but have you considered it ? You might be able to keep the 1199. Andy
I haven’t the room for two, I do like my 1199 I have looked at pcp but would prefer ownership and the px.
I currently have 4 in the garage, 1 in the utility room, 3 in what was the dining room and 1 in the hall, lent up against the stairs Andy
