Hi all, just about to trade in my 600 Monster for a 1998 ST2. It needs new tyres, what sizes do you use (spec is 120/70 and 170/60 I believe) and what makes work well? ta Jim
I use the recommended sizes on my 2003 ST2. Previously I had Michelin Pilot Road, and they gave me good mileage. Now I've fitted Dunlop Battlax, not sure about the exact type now, but I can have a look if needed. I try to avoid pure racing style tyres, all to get good mileage.
On my ST3s I keep the OEM sizes and am currently trying to wear down Michelin Road 6 - maybe I'll try Metzeler Roadtec next?
