Up Rating Discs

  1. what discs would be a good up grade on an 1198 chaps?? brembos or galfers maybe?? any ideas be good.cheers

  2. What is wrong with what you have got ? Better pads make a lot of difference and aren't quite as expensive. Andy

  3. nothing wrong andy looking at using my wheels as wets and getting another set of lighter wheels so thought id get some decent discs on them.

  9. +1 for Brembo. Most definitely not cheap but super quality and awesome performers. If you have the funds go for the upgraded series. If you keep your OE wheels and discs for wets, I'd have two sets of pads for the calipers, sintered for dry and stock road compound for wet. Might seem a faff changing pads but the last thing you need is aggressive brakes in the wet. Andy

  11. fitted a set of brembo hpk's to my 999 and cant fault them, defo a good upgrade, I use CL pads
