Just a quick note to say: replace these with something like probolt as soon as you can and be careful. Went to remove the heel guards yesterday to powder-coat them, after a long ride, so the bike was very warm. Both allen bolts were like butter when I went to undo them. Hardly any strength used, but where the loctite was in from factory, they just spun in to circles and I had no chance to stop it. Had a delicate job with the fine chisel on the heads to get them out, ensuring no damage, but as this happened to both, it's clear they're on the delicate side.
