I have a set of the genuine Ducati larger pannier covers for my 2012 Multi (I think they are 73 litre instead of 58 litre). They fit on existing panniers and replace original covers. I pack light and have never filled the smaller ones and top box (I don’t go away for weeks on end). So was wondering about selling on. I have no idea of value. If they are only worth a few quid I will hang on them just in case but if worth decent money then it could fund a new topbox. Has anyone bought or sold a pair, or seen any for sale recently? (This is not a backdoor for sale ad and any messages asking for a sale will be ignored - if I decide to sell they will go on forum for sale section and membership fees paid, thank you).
I sold a pair of the Granturismo outer shells on eBay last year, took a while to find a buyer, I think I got around £80 for them. I suppose you're looking for someone who does 2 up touring or, just likes to take waaaay to much luggage, as they are obscenely huge!
Only used them once and even with the naturally wide bars I think the back end is wider than the front which is an odd situation to be in on a bike I imagine they were incredibly useful for you when you were away two up, but for just me the standard ones and the topbox are enough.
