Hope someone can confirm or help. I have a 2015 1200 S DVT - the manual seems to only give an assembly tolerance value for your valve clearences, no mention of an inspection value etc if one looks at the earlier non dvt model 4v engines - the manual stipulates an 'inspection range' Is there any such 'inspection range' for the DVT engine that the dealers use? I realise optimal performance is achieved at the assembly values given etc.....
I would say previous values still apply. But I'm a bit ocd and would aim for assembly values anyway. I did . It's only a few more bits and time.
