When I got my 695 Monster it came with aftermarket cans and the fuelling at low revs is shocking. The engine stutters at times, almost cutting out which is less than ideal. There is also a lumpy patch around 4500rpm which makes me feel the engine hasn't been set up for the new slip ons. I know that my 1098 is bollox under 3000rpm, but im putting that down to the tuning of the engine, not so much being a twin. The throttle bodies have already been balanced, so the plan is to get some originals and see if that makes any significant difference. If not, its off to the dyno room to get it sorted
Sorry, only just seen this. Thanks for the offer, but after taking some advise, im going to stick with the cans Ive got and get the bike dynoed
