Not all years are the same between models. The early bikes had a shorter clutch operating rod which you will either need an early slave cylinder or a small spacer that some new kits include. Andy

Last month (or Feb?) I bought 2 of these: BLACK Factory Racing Billet Alloy Clutch Slave Cylinder for Ducati V-twins | eBay One off eBay as they were auctioning them for £40 start and the other from: Maintenance For £55(ish). 996 has a slipper clutch and it had slip when i first fitted which i fixed but neutral is a bugger but i'm working in that. On the 999 which has a standard clutch the lever is really nice and neutral is fine. Website is down at the moment...... @Red998 has the MCmoto ones (IIRC) which are about £55.
