I cant remember how much I paid for the black one, but I think £70 would be about right.
The Sigma slipper will fit your 996 no problem.
Its the 48T version, which now sells for £999 + vat!!
I'd be looking for £600 (ish) for it.
The pressure plate has a tiny ring of marks, where like a bell end, I fitted the STM cover and didn't check the clearance.
The cover just kissed the plate enough to take a tiny bit of the rib off.
If you look at the picture with the STM cover, you'll see what I mean.

for me, that kind of cover (black one) ticks most boxes, blends in really well.
