What's the chance that Ducati will, in a fit of Christmas spirit and good will to all bikers, actually include the Multistrada in one of its winter special offer deals? I see they've just put offers on the Monster and Panigale (free full systems) but again, nothing on the Multistrada. I appreciate it's their best seller but come on! Meet me halfway here! Do they ever do deals on the Multi?
I was offered new base model multi £11995 with free panniers May well be better deals to be had after Ducati release revised model data come Monday
That's actually a pretty good deal but how many of the niggles will they sort out for the 2016? May still make holding on, a more attractive option for those looking to buy.
I must have blinked and missed this, either that or I ignore all of these teaser press releases. So what is happening on Monday ?
Smc in Sheffield, but Riders in Cardiff would match the deal too, I'm sure most dealerships would if pushed But I would wait until after the NEC bike show to maybe get even better deals on 2015 models
If there 2015 then old stock ! Sept 2015 onwards are all 2016 models as confirmed by the vin no and a sticker placed under the rear no plate on the black fixing plinth (gives the bikes details and Either 15 / 16) however I'm not aware what the differences are and tbh as the current bike is 2016 I don't think there's going to be an updated model, only the pikes peak.
'if' there are revisions for the 2016 multistrada, then the model prior to the changes will be a 2015 not a 2016 model , surely ??
Yours is a 2016 model ?? ...but it was registered 24th August 2015 ?? ...i will have to get my 9 year old on this one, because I'm obviously missing something
So what your saying is my dealer has sold me a 2015 model when they have confirmed by the vin it's a 2016 model !! A lot of manufacturers run 2016 models from sept 2015 Bmw certainly do .
Dealers will tell you what they want you to hear ( car or bike ) I know, I worked for a Mazda main dealer for 8 years I'm just confused, 'if' there are revisions to next years multi, how can a multi that was registered at anytime! In 2015 possibly be a 2016 model !? I spoke to a dealer ( I won't mention the name) he wanted to sell me a multi he had in stock, I asked will there be revisions for next year ? , oh no he said , I said how can you be sure, 'well, I'm not 100%' he said...need I say more !?
Why cant it be a 2016 model ! If they have no plans to revise it until late nxt year ! Bmw do a lot of 2 models per yr especially the GS WC versions and the XR I brought this yr was a 2015 model and now they have brought a 2016 model out ! It seems to happen a lot on the first gen bikes. It's all a sales gimmick to get you to buy the latest and greatest.
Well, it's obvious isn't it, any bike manufactured next year will be a 2017 bike, why can't you lot get a grip on this.
