on my S4Rs - presuming it's the same direction as everything else. Obviously one end is right-hand thread and one is left. I've broken a nut trying to loosen one the wrong way before. Not wanting to do it again :redface: Thanks!
Undo the lock nuts at both rose joints and the middle will turn either way.....one way is up and the other is down, depending which way your going.
Thanks Anth. The guys at MotoRapido messaged me last night (fantastic service!) - one end of the adjuster has a line stamped around the end of the adjuster and on the nut - that's the 'left-hand' end - you undo it the opposite way.
Ah.....so it was how to identify which end was the left hander.....Yeah its the end with the line on, sorry.
