V4 Will There Be A Model Refresh At Milan In November?

Discussion in 'Panigale' started by razz, Sep 9, 2019.

  1. The V4 has been released for two years now. Ducati often refreshes its models on a two year cycle. Are we due a refresh to the V4? If so, what would you like to see changed?

  2. The looks.

  9. Yeah complete revamp..... let's face what's to like:joy:

    Everything!!!

    Apart from recall shittery!

Hence why I'm waiting and playing the long game... But for the Corse model not the common Red one:D

  10. All dramas ironed out resulting in the final recalls being done. Apart from that, looks perfect.

  14. So many hilarious comments.... oh dear....

Back to OP question. The fairings are a proper faff to get on and off, but I suppose that only bothers track Gods, like me :D Can't fault the engine, chassis and associated electronics- fantastic. Rear shock may need amending- but again, probably fine for road use. Changing the oil is interesting- takes about 36 hours going by the sight gauge.

Everyone keeps banging on about the recalls. Didn't bother me one bit. Might have done if it was a daily, but mine isn't, it's a toy just like most superbikes. And all the recalls were for small shit anyway. It's not like they were throwing rods or needed the cases re machining- like Aprilia and BMW respectively.
