Gents, The weather is closing in, and Im no longer needing my Multi for a commute, as I have relocated just 2miles from work. As I live in the Cheshire Hills, close to Goyt valley etc, I am contemplating putting on some nobblys and using the bike through winter for fun in the local trails... i realise this could be a disaster waiting to happen - but after 2 positive experiences on the Scorpian trail tyres, i think putting on something more "offroad", could turn the bike into a great fun weekend warrior. Have any of you experience of taking the Multi offroad properly - what tyres do you use, any other tips for upgrades/protection etc? Ive got the crash bars ordered and collect on friday, but would welcome any other thoughts/advice/dont do it... etc etc...
