Mainly from the terminally guillable, granted...

I've still no idea who Deepak Chopra is. Is he an Indian fast bowler?

 

Some have obvious merit, some are obviously bollox and then there is the rest.

Considering what he does is spout psuedo-scientific bollox - and upset "serious scientists" in the process - he's reckoned to be worth arounf $80million...

I think he is more philosophical than scientific. Where does the universe exit ? For me it exists in my brain.

Take "pursue excellence ignore success", it is actually very good advice; if you pursue success who knows where you might find it but by pursuing excellence you have a very good chance of finding success. It is similar to the saying "do the right thing and not things right".

Some authors just hit the right spot at the right time and get rich.
