So emailed woods about ordering a superpole seat for 1098 and they came back with a price of £198.88. I asked would it be cheaper if I could collect and they replied with the same price saying that is collected and for delivery it's another £8.50 on top! On the Ducati website they are advertised at £180 inc vat. I put that to them and then they said that would match it as they weren't aware! Wasnt to happy if I'm honest with there lack of effort.
I think it shows a tremendous effort on their part ------------- to screw as much out of you as they can.
I've a good relationship with my dealer and he gives me 20% off most parts. I realise that doesn't help you one iota Scott :Facepalm:
Service in general has gone downhill since both their sales, and service managers left! Part have never been very good though, I used to deal with the sales manager to get discount, the parts dept would always hold fast on price...
To be fair prices went up in January and the website doesn't look like its been updated, the current price is £198 inc
