I tried emailing a pdf to the op but it was too large - 43 Mb Is it possible to upload that big a file??

 

Upload them to a site like Dropbox or Filedropper. The OP can then click the link to download from there.

Maybe this new site might allow larger uploads than previously. Your colour pdf looks much better quality than my B&W version - could you give it a try??

Actually, I took a look at it and I got warnings about it being an insecure site. Maybe you could take a look??
