Not really in to footie but how ridiculous to hold the Qatar world cup in Nov / Dec!!! :Wideyed: How can they not understand the timings when they were actually voted in (ignoring the reasons: hand outs)
A stupid time to hold it. Very short sighted of Fifa. All the fairies need to be on the top of a tree before the end of the tournament, not running around abusing each other in the sun.
Apparently the final would be on Dec 23.At least the England side wouldnt be able to say that they were tired after a long season would they?

I'll get excited when you start beating the aussies! Ireland is my second team (just because i like there style) but will cheer for england against anyone (even the AB's if deserved!)
no one can win every game.. thats the trouble, we go into world cups riding 20 odd game winning streaks and sooner or later you gotta lose one so we come unstuck.. not sure how to remedy this. i dont think throwing a few before a big tournament is the answer... but it is a numbers game
