  1. Can you just drop this envelope off says the wife. Ever accommodating me says of course darling. Off I pop on the 1098. Every idiot in the world out on the road going at 15mph bike a bit hot. Can I find the dam address no. Round and round a bloody housing estate where everybody knows the road you want but can not just remember where it is. Bike now at 101c oh shit. Wait for it to cool down and walk the rest of the way to drop off the letter. On the way back the road using public has now dropped the speed limit to 12mph bike very hot.
Wife says you have been a long time. No answer off to the garage to polish something.

  2. My Duke routinely goes up to 104 so you probably don't need to worry.
It does seem a bit alarming though.

  3. I find a stamp on an envelope works well

  4. My 1098 is regularly up there and more in city traffic.

Don't think the fans kick in until about 103C.

It shouldn't be a problem I certainly wouldn't be much concerned until about 110. Manual states 120C is the limit at which you should stop, display shows high.

    Just saying

  6. Yep there are fans on T9 bikes and 1098. Did your RS not come with them? :D
