I hear this argument a lot, I have heard it said on this site recently.

If capacity were historically the deciding factor then an 1800cc single should win should it not ?

I know it was argued in the past when Foggy was winning,etc hence the Honda SP1/2 but I didn't think anyone thought they had an advantage at the moment? if anything the opposite??
