Yes, I realised that as soon as I'd posted. :redface: Probably as near as you're going to get though.
Almost all off the shelf standard stock M10 mudguard washers are going to be 17 gauge (1.4mm), you need to be looking for 13 (2.3mm) or 14 (1.9mm) gauge ones - which is why he ain't found any yet! - I'll keep looking I like a challenge.
This is the best I could find..... A2 Stainless M10 Washers or you could try the M12 @ 37dia x 3mm thick..... AL.
