hi slight coming toghether with a sheep today (the sheeps not going to get better) means I now need a left hand lower faring and the right hand airfoil bit that sits on the front of the faring anyone got these or now where Ican get them Thanks
Better say what colour dude, and whether early or late. Sorry to hear about your moment. I hit a grouse on mine a few years back. Didn’t half wake me up. Buggered the fairings as well. They’re hard to get hold of in some year / colour combos but try eBay in France, Italy and Germany too.
Oops yep standard 749 03 model in red, I might go the Chinese until I can find decent replacements, cut the sheep in actuall half not sure how I stayed on
Don’t do it. I got Chinese fairings for my 749 and they were AWFUL. Mouldings were poor, fit was poor, colour match was poor and the fonts for the logos were way off.

No worries. It's a fast "fix" but a poor one. TBH 749/999 fairings are getting very expensive and very thin on the ground. I spend over a year searching for a RH upper / lower / splitter for my old 749s and ended up with a used 749 (not S) on the right side. Yellow are admittedly harder than red but they're all getting up there. Literally becoming a "money can't buy" item. Mirrors... oh god, don't talk to me about mirrors. My 999 gets very sparing use, for exactly the reason that some myopic spaz enjoying a FaceTime chat or a picnic-at-the-wheel could have me off at any moment. I've been struggling for 2002 748 upper and lower LH fairings and eBay DE and FR came good. I think it was @900streetfighter who deserves the kudos for teaching me to look there. It's a shocking situation really, clean / mint 749/999 are going to be unobtanium in not too much longer and if you drop one... game over. Scary times. Makes me wonder why I like old bikes, powered by rubber bands with unobtainable cosmetic parts... by the way, anyone with a LH yellow fairing for a 1994 yellow Superlight 900, PM me!!!!

Worth asking on 999/749 Facebook group and Ducati for sale group. As said 03-04 and 05-06 fairing parts don’t go together properly. Not needing parts with graphics is a bonus.

Just to politely and respectfully clarify that isn’t a 749/999 and it was specifically my first hand experience that the yellow Chinese fairings for a 2003 749s from MFS were terrible. I wouldn’t want anyone to waste their money on those, perhaps there are other distributors with higher quality control and other models that are better served? Mine is only an opinion but it’s based on first hand experience and my own wasted money.
Got the two airfoil deflector things? both need painting, got a right hand top fairing with 749s on it, paint as well, got a V piece just need the lower left now, might have to buy yellow or black and have that painted as well, bloody suicidal sheep!! really though just glad it wasn't worse
