Aprilia 660 Anyone

  3. Sounds like a good powered low weight bike 160kg wet 98hp sounds very good for the road

  4. Dump the road kit and maybe a few carbon bits and 150kg with 100hp will scare lots of big bike riders on a track day.

  11. doubt it will have 100bhp. big ask for a reliable 660 twin, let alone complying to euro 5 bollox

  13. One of the reason I have never used a 250 2 stroke on track. In theory, it would be awesome! In practice, I’d counter steer and lift the thing off the ground!!

  16. I like the idea of making a smaller capacity Aprilia race bike, but why the configuration and power - weight?

    Is it even aimed at a popular and worldwide class?

    Why not a 600 aimed at supersport or something?

    Kinda feels like a good opportunity missed to me

  18. I reckon it’ll look good in the flesh aprillia generally do pretty although some definite exceptions
