748 2002 748e Not Starting

  1. Sorry not had chance yet the wife’s got me outside mowing and allsorts of stuff I really don’t wanna be getting on with. And now we’re on the routine lockdown walk happy days

  3. So far I’ve taken both sets of belts off both sets of top pulleys move quite a lot but not rotate all the way around The middle double pulley rocksolid
     
  4. Also ordered a 30 mm deep socket for the flywheel not
     
  5. Also is it worth me making a pulley socket to turn them ?

  6. Seems as valves ok.
    Seized up on the crank/pistons
     
  7. If the cam doesn't fully turn the piston may well be at the top causing the valve to strike, don't force it.
     
  8. dragged her out the garage today to get some sun and started to get carried away

    Only 8 nuts..
     
  11. Yeah I’ll have a go tomorrow Are they hard buggers to get off access isn’t great

  13. Spray the exh nuts now with plusgas. Will help you tomorrow
     
  14. The one nut I’m not looking forward to getting to is the swing arm
