Is anyone else on here going on the Malle Arctic Rally from Copenhagen to the Nordkapp starting next weekend ? If you are come and say hi, I will be on my Rally.
It should be a bit warmer in August than it was for these Russian girls in early February a few years ago Saying that I remember it snowing on a ride from Kiruna to Narvik in mid August (but that was in back in the 1980s before global warming).
@ymfb - have a great trip and as @Jez900ie says please keep us posted with loads of pictures. There is great Ducati dealer, Sigma Moto, in Haugesund which hopefully you won't need. They helped me out when I took my Multi V4S to Norway in 2022 and was concerned about the very clunky gear changes at low revs in the first few gears. The bike had just had the first service done before we set off to Norway (via a ferry from Eemshaven in Holland direct to Kristiansand in Norway, which is no longer in operation). When in Stavanger, I called ahead and dropped in the next day, they checked the bike out after a brief test ride, said it was OK but the chain was a bit loose which they adjusted for me there and then at no charge
