Hi My 999 came without a battery and the owners manual shows the positive terminal closest to the floor. (See picture). Is this a mistake. From what I can see of the wiring and batteries on sale the negative is closest to the floor?
The manual must be incorrect. Yuasa YT12B-BS has negative on right hand side which would mean negative is closest to the floor.
Thanks, but that image paints it in a good light. It was 1/2 way through the rebuild when I first got hold of it: https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/project-999.87890/ Unfortunately I was involved in an accident on it a while after I got it on the road and it's been partly rebuilt again.
