Well I enjoyed my first fitness class.......managed to work up a sweat too. Hopefully it'll help get rid of this belly I've suddenly acquired over the past 3 months

Stay skinny by not eating, smoking and caffeine! Not sure it’s the healthiest way but least my coffin will be small !!
Drove to France, am running the new car in properly. Need to get 1200 miles on it by Tuesday and am loving every bloody second!
A lot of it is genetics too. I’m 55 and I’ve got more or less the same physique and muscle tone I had in my late 20s and I’ve even still got the remnants of a six pack (at least under harsh overhead lights, lol). I’m not immune to putting on weight if I overeat for a while, but as soon as I go back to eating normally, it comes off again. However, I hate the feeling of being too full and I don’t like eating when I’m not hungry, so I don’t tend to be a glutton, which probably has something to do with it. I suspect we only need to eat much smaller meals than we think we do. FWIW, I really feel the cold and it’s a running joke in my cricket team that I often turn up to matches in July wearing a big coat and woolly hat, so maybe I also have some sort of metabolic issue.
