Is there a general rule of thumb for increasing torque values for titanium over steel?

Surely if it was a hub failure the hub would remain locked in position but break down internally meaning the eccentric outer would stay in place?
I had replaced the standard bolts with titanium ones and applied copper grease to them.

I can confirm it’s not an R model. I did a check with Ducati in the hope it was an R that had been misadvertised - it’s a Corse SE.
