I just used something like this on the inner end of the clip on, along with a small homemade ally bracket. Tried on both with good results.... obviously the abs deleted bike was far better in outright feel and had a more progressive feedback via the lever, also smaller increments of adjustment were required to change the braking forces dramatically depending on your preference. Translates to a far better setup that’s more finely adjustable to suit.

so this is my point around changing something in the brake TO Caliper ratio particularly on a 2020 v4 with ABS Looking at carpimoto website a italian brembo supplier they say not to change the calliper from the stylema 30mm pistons to the GP 32mm piston ones as that effects the ABS set up. So im thinking changing the master cylinder will also effect the ABS set up that has been created to modulate with a known quantity of fluid either end. Of course in a race track day set up you could remove the ABS but i dont see many doing this...
Correct you will get a different feeling at the lever but the actual braking power will be modulated by the abs system anyways just changing the radial fulcrum point has this effect but can also make the movement of the pistons more progressive or more aggressive..... Hence the change in feeling.
I fully understand the fooking about with it especially on a non ABS bike!! The feel change you get and whats relative to a track feel versus a road feel..........but with a ABS equipped bike a different bore mc means you are sending more fluid to the ABS unit than its set up to recognise/modulate which ultimately may interfere with its operation. thats why carpi moto who are advised by brembo say not to do it on an ABS bike...
Has anybody on here installed at brembo RCS master cylinder to their V4? I spoke to a mechanic and a guy who installed one and both said it will NOT fit unless you remove the kill switch as lever hits housing . They both also said that if you get a jetprime switch gear all problems will be resolved.
The ukracesupport.com web site states that the 17 RCS Corsa Corta was develiped for the Brembo M50 monoblock caliper. How similar is the M50 to the Stylema ? Andy

go to the carpi moto site spec your master cyl and check its compatibility...19 corsa corti NO, 17 yes..... that said i agree its a mine field.......
