  1. I thought that too, looks very similar to the frame on my Nsr250

  2. everything I’ve read indicates they are a cracking chassis, seen a lot of Yamaha 350s transplanted into the Mito.

  3. Now that would be a nice little project.

  7. Busy day…
Radical now back on wheels, 1098 forks now fitted, need to source an axle and spacers to complete. The low 999 fairing stay works great for the radical(managed to pick this up with another set of track fairings last weekend). IMG_9949.jpeg IMG_9952.jpeg

  8. RS125 is another frame choice for that engine, tempted to transplant my 250lc engine into the bike I bought my Son for when he turned 17.

The 250lc can be upsized to 457cc.

You can also fit the Rotax 257 2 stroke engine in, they sometimes pop up for sale crazy cheap.

  9. Little update, I have managed to pick up some great bits for some even greater prices!
First up a full control system from @Northan Monkey , secondly a gpr exhaust and finally some hel gen 1 calipers.

The front fairing stay from the bits I got from Northman Monkey is almost a perfect fit, I just need to drop the dash mounting point by about 5mm as to not foul the nose fairing.

The gpr exhaust will need some link pipes made up, as the system is designed for the 749’s subframe so way too long for my application. I think the bike will look good with the wheel barrow style, maybe with a slight upsweep to match the tail fairing angle.
