After my 1/2hr chat with the parts bloke in Rider's (Bristol) last week, I'll go there every time now as it's only 15 mins ride. I now agree with what Nelly's been saying for ages - use your local dealer.
Got this rather sparse email this morning, 10 days after my order. I was rather firm in my reply about how crap their service is at present ...and I can't ride the bike for probably another 10 days...
Nothing, gritters were out in our area last night, so now I think I'm one of only a few hoping for rain in the near future
