Thanks for your reply. I was going to machine the spacers myself they are simple enough and I can adjust the height to suite me hence the question.
Will do, after three attempts and two different eBay suppliers I finally have the material for the spacers!
What height are you machining yours too ? Was 20mm or 30mm the factory item? Supposedly the stock cables are long enough to suit them.
