In the second link I provided the one that says tb balance screw. I'm not backing out the air bleed screws...
It's a good article, I'd read it but not understood, now having done it I get it. I didn't wind the air bleed screw out on the front throttle body...

Great spot @jusutus didn't see that it was a bearing. I found a 6201RS sealed bearing type to replace it. £5 delivered. @Tobytyke looks like HPS...
