I've tried it in both positions solo and both positions two up. I couldn't tell any difference between the setting two up but it did seem softer...

Thanks, I bought one but not sure I've made the right decision. Bits missing in the box and the adaptor just doesn't seem suitable for the bike....

I dismissed the Werkes item as the indicators are separate and mount in the tail vents. Can't see how they're legal and I don't like the look of them
