I always reach of 7th, heh but it feels good gearing wise in most riding. First is a very tall gear and you can feel it "drop" into 2nd/3rd ratios...
Given it's so easy to set each mode up, I would put it on Race/Sport mode and put a different setting on each (off /1/2) or someting like that....

Sorted mine out with autosol. ACF50 seems to keep it looking nice for longer. I just spray the whole bike with it and let it dry :D
