All fixed. Issue related to the microswitch and the fact that the OEM lever wasn't tripping the switch until it was virtually touching the bar....
Had mine done yesterday (41T), except some plonker ordered the wrong front sprocket (I also went to a 520 chain) - a 14T! Now goes like a scalded...
