Had the same problem back in 2010 and ended up buying a set of bent forks just for the anodized caps. Good luck with your search but be prepared.
Start off with bleeding the m/cyl, try it and if still not good then bleed the slave. If still a problem then start on the physical clutch components.
They've worked for me in the past, saved the fairing on my Bostrom which would be very hard (impossible) to replace.
