It's the Ducati one (made by givi) that clips onto the fuel cap. I also have a satNav on my bars.. so maybe a combination of that and the bag.....

Not sure if you resolved this yet but my advice would be remove the screen completely and go for a spin. Also remove the tank bag if fitted....

17,800 is good going. When the failed what happened (was it gradual or a sudden failure?). Were they replaced under warranty?
