Thanks laava I've seen this picture also googled one actually on a bike and the flat side was on the inside against the transmission so I'm confused.
Took off front chain sprocket now can't remember which way new one goes on, one side is flat the other has a nub sticking out .
Didn't try them on high but med was pretty warm ,it was just a nice experience to have both working.
