Why not just cover the cooler up and keep it for using more oil capacity that's what ive done on my Africa Twin i use all year round.
You can do it yourself you just need to get your head around how all the compression and rebound works and how it effects the bike. Use the same...

That's the very reason I brought my 2010 Hypermotard .... I was also looking at the Orange brand but you just have to say how many of these bikes...
