Okay, back on this. Just pulled the carbs and the jets say 144. From reading a doc previously provided in this thread, that's waaaaaaay too big?...
Is there a way to stop the wear or am I doing this every 7k miles,?

Took, the float apart and couldn't find anything wrong. Cleaned it all and put it back. Went around the corner for fuel and it started pissing out...
