I took one for a test ride on Saturday. It was very much as I expected. Riding position very nice for the road - less weight through the wrists....
I agree with all the comments above about the shit service - maybe if you had one of their demo bikes they would pull their finger out to fix...

I had my subframe painted the same as the frame on my Hyper nearly seven years ago - still looks as new unlike a lot of the rest the bike. [ATTACH]
