Check out the wiring upgrades for the starter motor. Exact sell them. Seem to solve the starting issues.

Yeah I fitted the supercorsa's to my 821 and they completely changed the bike - such an improvement.
Water pump casing leaks on left side of bike. Check for residue there. Google it for some images as it seems to be common on 1199/1299.
