I think you’ll find there are a lot of BMW/Audi/Mercedes/Porsche sold in America. Not too many Austin Rovers or British Leyland though
Good question :upyeah: As I’ve done over 30,000km in 3 years it’s now worthless - everyone wants a low mileage bike which hasn’t been used (or...
I keep seeing adverts now for significant reductions off 2025 models - same bike as the 24 but being offered with 15% or so discount. It really...
I don’t know, are there? I just order the 1/2 rings from Ducati. I think LT Snyder does some tapered collets that can be used but I’ve no...
I’ll admit I’ve never measured oil pressure at revs higher than that which is stated in the service manuals - it’s probably nothing to worry about.
Re oil drain holes, courtesy of LT Snyder, use a suitable diameter and length cap head bolt for blocking oil holes. Wrap a length of wire around...
Congratulations :upyeah:
Oil pressure I can’t comment on without further investigation of the bike. r/r - check its output before spending money, you should have a...
True, they’ll reduce, until the 1/2 rings have settled/been flattened, then they’ll be back to where they are.
That’s all well and good, and I’m not dissing your rationale, but I’m presuming as they’re fleet cars, they’re all leased and simply go back to...
I have a small electrical screwdriver which I magnetised the blade of and I use it to pick up the c- rings to remove them (once the closing shim...
Do let is know what the outcome is please?
You may need a stronger spring. iirc the bikes are sprung for a 75kg (inc gear) solo rider.
Id say someone has been using the rattle gun to do up the nuts . It’s not uncommon, I see it all the time. Lazy tyre changers or worse...
Time to take it to someone with Texa or DDS to diagnose it properly me thinks.
20,000 km is the recommended in the OM iirc. However, as with everything, it depends how it’s looked after. I’ve seen bikes with over 2x that...
@duke63 is right. The bike has to be connected to the dealer’s DDS which then acts as a pass through to the server in the factory. The new maps...
No. It’s a mapping change in the BBS, only Ducati can do that.
My guess, and it’s purely a guess, is your r/r has failed and your battery went dead.
There’s no aftermarket mapping available for the ECU on that bike yet :( but they will come.
