Too Many people have tried this and it hasn’t worked out even me. Sometimes you get more in parts than in a complete bike.
Put it back to standard and sell off the nice parts separately. It's almost impossible to sell with parts included.

I also use Capit tyre warmers (bag says Medium to XL) and mine fitted on a 200/60/17. It was bought from ex Crescent stock about 3 years ago.
Capit make different sixes, IE Small/ medium. Large/ XL.
