@bradders, Are these the default settings? becaue mine were all different when I received it. Sport was on a high value, Touring was on a medium...
Once you have the preload setting right it should apply to Sport, Touring and Urban mode. I think with Enduro the rules may be slightly different.
For me, this was 6 turns on the front and 16 on the rear. Your weight is similar to mine so this should be about right. But, this is why you pay...
It was in both Sport and Touring. This is your theoretical start set up position for your weight plus kit sitting on the bike in a stationary...
